For some reason, this Popeyes doesn't cook chicken until you order it! Which means you're waiting at least 20 - 25 minutes for any meal you order. I'm at the Source at least 2 or 3 times a month and I would eat here almost every time if this wasn't the case. It's not "fast food" if we have to wait 25 minutes for you to cook it. Its been like this for the past 3 years. Sell this restaurant to someone who knows how to run a chicken spot. Thanks.

I was excited to try this chicken as a lot of ppl love this chicken. I wasn't impressed. We ordered the family meal and waited 45 minutes for our order. When we received it it was cold, greasy and just disgusting. The young guy working was very nice. The place wasn't very clean.

The service is always so slow (the cashier is preparing food instead of keeping taking orders). This time I ended up waiting for 20 min just to be told the card reader is not working and they are only accepting cash! Didn't have cash at the time and the ATM near by was not working, so tried to order online and it failed to communicate with this location 3 times!

By far the worst service at any Popeyes I've ever been to. I walked up with no one in front of me and placed my order... And even though there was a large pile of chicken ready to go, nobody started filling my order for about 5 minutes. 4 guys just milling around, rearranging empty cups and trays and not much else. After a few other people made orders they started putting those orders out before mine. I asked why they were putting other orders out before mine... When they finally did get around to putting my order together, they got it wrong. When I went back to complain about that, they got it wrong again. There was never any attempt at any kind of apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. I waited over 10 minutes for chicken that was sitting there ready to go the entire time. These guys would never survive the kind of volume that any Popeyes location in L.A. handles on a daily basis.
