Walked in at 8:05. After ordering, cashier says dine in lobby is closed. The door sign clearly states dine in open till 9 and drive thru 10. She says they closed the lobby early because it has already been cleaned. I understand wanting to go home early, but to inconvenience customers 1 hour is ridiculous. Change your sign of hours of operation or change your staff.

Never fried to order as advertised! Why why??? And when I asked for it fried fresh the respond from employee is” you gonna have to wait 10 to 15 minutes “ Really !! Horrible

just tried their beyond nuggets, secret recipe fries and their spicy chicken sandwich wish i could get a refund for all of this only thing that was good was the drink i actually thought it was going to be good but damn it was so terrible I should’ve bought actual food instead of trying this -overpriced -not even spicy - stale fries , tasted like they were reheated - nuggets were $10 , garbage and expensive for 6 pieces - sandwich had a big piece that was just breading

My visit was yesterday and KFC use to be a good place for chicken. I spent $40 and had old dry chicken! I can't return it after opening everything up and start eating with family. I get better hot fresh chicken at a gas station. Krispy krunchy chicken. Never going back!
