(Negative 5 Stars) For this Crunch Fitness Location. During these difficult times I thank GOD that their actions did not cause financial hardship to me and my family. I had two memberships here since 2018. I requested to cancel both memberships by email because the gym was closed due to Covid, but I continued to get charged. When the gym reopened, I canceled my membership in person. They wouldn't let me cancel my fiancés at that time, so he also went in person to cancel his membership. Well last year I decided to restart only one membership and things were going well. In April of this year I was contacted by a personal trainer Thomas, offering me a free consultation. I met with Thomas, but in the end I wasn't sure about the $780 PT fee, but I wanted to invest in myself. Come to find out the $780 wasn't for the entire 3 months, but it was actually $780 per month to total $2,340. I decided to use my credit card instead of my personal debit and went home to read the contract before I made a final decision. The contract read that I had 20 days to cancel without penalty, so I went up there two days later to cancel the PT service. I was told it would take 10 days to refund the $780. In May, and well after the 10 days, I checked my account and not only had they not refunded the $780 to my credit card, they also charged my personal debit card an additional $780 for the following month. After reviewing my bank statement even closer they also started charging me for the second membership that I did not authorize to restart. I have sent emails, called, and gone into the gym countless times to get this resolved. It resulted in me canceling my gym memberships and filing a dispute with my bank and credit card company for the PT fees. The Owner Edwin Garcia had the audacity to offer us 30 day free membership...really!!??? No thank you!! Just refund the remainder of my money and may God bless you. Please beware of this location.

Awesome gym! But kinda small, gets easily crowded fast.
