Nice variety of vitamins and supplements. I've always felt pretty comfortable there. Like many other places, the prices can get to you. But I remind myself that I'm probably paying for convenience. Otherwise I'd be forced to buy online. They have a lot of things that I don't see other places.

Good morning Elyina, I would suggest Garden of Life Raw Meal. It is a powered organic meal replacement, easy to digest with 8 grams of carbohydrates. Another suggestion would be the Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Keto Meal. 70% fat 23% protein 7% carbohydrates, but not as much nutrition as the Raw Meal. Hope this is helpful. I don't know this for sure, but I think they probably do. I've seen samE Magnesium there, I believe. I bet they have it. But I'd call them just to be sure.
