If you on a Saturday, prepare to wait in line. I counted 30 people in line an 1 register open. This is not the first time. I love Ross selection and deals, but bring a snack, a good book an a nap pillow. Zzzzzz

This location is a good one to shop. Ross always has great deals. Cashier's are nice. The sales floor associates always have alot of work to do at these stores and they do a great job at keeping stuff off the floor.

Love this Ross, very organized (unlike others I’ve been to) friendly staff, great security guy at entrance he’s very helpful at self check out as well as with cart return always greeted with a smile. Clean & well kept location

In addition to great prices, Ross has amazing customer service. I had a problem with returning an item previously and called the store and reached Cynthia who I believe was the stores acting manager. She told me she would have the store manager Oscar call me when he arrived. Oscar was absolutely amazing. He and Cynthia exhibited true manager quality in the way that they handled my situation (Cynthia on the phone and Ocsar for diligently seeking a solution). Oscar called me as promised and actually went above and beyond to assist me with the issue..which included communicating with Ross's corporate. Needless to say when I went in to meet with Oscar, he immediately fixed all that had been troubling me with regards to the issue we discussed on the phone. It's things like this we need more of..as we spend our hard earned money. I was treated with dignity and respect and not just because I got the results I was hoping for, but because of the effort to satisfy a valued customer..which I totally feel like. I have been a long time Ross shopper and will continue to shop at Ross. My business was definitely earned with great customer service, which also Included Crystal who rung me up with a smile and a great attitude. As always I was able to find some amazing deals at Ross where you really can dress for less. They have shoes, purses, clothes, kitchen, bathroom goods, bedding, towels, curtains, home decorations, furniture items, and even outside garden items. I'm giving them this big plug because they deserve it. You can find great deals...and I for one want to see them around for a long time. Anything to help stretch my money and give me good quality..and of course the #1 reason to keep going back great customer service. We have choices where we spend our money and its nice when we also feel appreciated. By the way..the shoes (pictued) are the most comfortable shoes ever. I had my eyes on them the last time I was there but put them back..as I had gone over budget..the good news..they were still there and had been reduced!
