NOT Dog friendly-depending on who you talk to. Walking distance from PCH and centrally located in downtown HB.

Sugar Shack never disappoints. We went to breakfast this morning and from start to the finish 5 stars service was excellent and so was the food. I had the Kepplers and my wife had the main st burrito 🌯. We've been enjoying this spot for years......

the pancakes were reeeally good! the omelette was bland. I got the vegetable one and the mushrooms obviously were canned because they were watery; it made the omelette wet on bottom. blah. I did call in order. the service was quick and friendly and efficient! there was outdoor dining and indoor. busy even at 9a. family oriented vibes. I will go back when I'm in H. B. again and I recommend.

Really it's just ok food. We got Sat in the back so I think we got forgotten. Some of the food was forgotten too. Coffee wasn't very warm and not very good. We got the peggi French toast. Regular French toast, hss sandwich and 2 kepplers. The kepplers were probably the best thing on the menu. Everything else we'd just ok. Mediocre. I wouldn't go back.
