I've been eating at this location since the first week it opened. The recent changes in management have left results in poor service, food and the inability even to have enough sake glasses and pots for noodles. Most recently we went at 5pm and were told we couldn't be seated until 8:30. We were the only ones waiting and could see multiple spots open. When I asked the hostess to explain how we were the only ones there, and multiple spots were open she said she wasn't allowed to seat people. I asked to see the manager in hopes that the place had adult supervision in charge. When the manager came over, he said "You can be seated, but you can only stay an hour." The manager went on to explain that they only seat in 90 minute blocks, and that it was his policy because he didn't want to have to ask people to leave. I've worked in front of the house restaurant management before and this is the most incompetence I've ever seen. This location has been going downhill for years in food and service, but I have never imagined a restaurant with nobody waiting and open tables available not seating small parties. Fortunately I was able to let the two couples behind us to know not even to bother going in.

Staff is excellent, if your looking for a different experience, wear you cook your own on a grill. This is the place too go. Interior visuals are nice, like i said before the staff there are great, and the variety of different meats and veggies too grill are vast. Best off, they carry plum wine.

Came for happy hour and it was great. We did the happy hour set and ordered a hot sake with two beers all for $80. We left feeling full but not stuffed which was perfect. Servers were attentive. We will definitely be back to try their other sets

Definitely one of the most delicious bbqs I've had in quite a very long time. Due to COVID all you can eat was not available so we went with a 4-person course meal (we were on 3 people), and man each and every one of us were in our happy place! Great food, very friendly and accommodating staff, I highly recommend you check this place out, especially if you've never had Japanese BBQ before!
