This 5 star is only for current management, Eva. The previous manager Mike. Rizzo deserves -20 stars! He did not adhere to Avalon-bay policies, and was not informed or knowledgeable using tools available to him. Either Avalon training is in question or this particular manager just didn’t have it in him. Avoid renting apartment wherever this Mike Rizzo is the manager!

Avalon Baker Ranch is a beautiful oasis! It constantly feels like a vacation getaway when I come home here. Gorgeous surrounding area too. But one of the best things about this place, is the Community Manager and her entire staff are so friendly and helpful. Kind and sincere. I can not recommend this place enough! I would give it 100 stars if I could! ❤️

Avalon Baker Ranch has been my home for nearly 2 years, all of which have been such a pleasure and I could not have picked a better place to live! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are always doing something to show the tenants appreciation whether it be giving out pies, having a Margarita night, a special note and treat for your birthday or most recently, an entire large pizza! You are always greeted with warmth and a smile by all staff. Although every Avalon Baker Ranch employee is a pleasure and so helpful, a special shout out goes to Mike, Kim, Jose and Corey with whom I've had direct interactions with. Thank you all for everything you do...Keep up the great work!

Love this place. Its so beautiful here and well kept. Been renting from the Irvine Company for the past 10 years and Avalon at Baker Ranch is SO much nicer. Living here feels like a neighborhood. The residents and staff are friendly. Kim Choto in the leasing office made our move seem effortless. After we got settled in she made contact to make sure everything was going well. The location is the best, near the toll road and Foothill Ranch shopping center you can't do better. If you're looking for a place to call home, check out Avalon in Baker Ranch and talk to Kim.
