My wifes jeep had a tire that was low. so we went to Americas Tire in lake forest. A very nice young girl was working the free tire air and she told us the tire had a leak and could be due to a nail or something. She asked us to pull upnto the office and let them know. She was exactly right as a screw had imbedded itself and was causing the leak. Now heres where things get wonderful!! Literally. The shop was already super busy and it was 3pm on a monday. I spoke to Daniel behind the counter who looked up my account as i bot there before. He found me right away and literally within minutes he had a tech inspect the tire which in fact had a screw in it. Daniel said hed have it worked on and repaired by 415. It was now 320pm and the shop was just booming!! So. While my wife and i waited in the nice clean air conditioned waiting area i counted 20 persons all coming in with various tire issues. The crew was handling everybody absolutely professionally and efficiently.. The names i remembered were Hugo and Antonio and a very capable younger guy with longer hair who was whizzing around handling everything. With all the business i was positive wed be there past 5pm and we would miss our appointment later that afternoon. But at 4.00 they pulled my wifes jeep into the service bay. And at 415pm they brought out the jeep having repaired the leak!! Impossible i thought? And I asked, you guys fixed the leak?Antonio says its fixed and your good to go!! Very friendly very efficient and he handed me the keys and said have a great day!! And then the upshot of it all?? I asked how much to repair it? He handed me the keys and said no charge!!! I said what? He said yes no charge to repair a tire that we hadnt bot there!!! Who does that?? Now to be fair i did buy tires nd wheels 6 months ago on a different car but again the tire they fixed wasnt theirs? Again who does that?? If you need tires wheels etc. i absolutely will guarantee you these are the guys to go to. Thank you to the America Tire Crew on duty Monday June 6 2022 between 3-5pm!! Kudos to all!! And a really heartfelt thank you!! We were truly panicked about a slow leaking tire and you guys turned a horrible situation into an absolute pleasure!! Best tire shop that I've been to! Had a screw stuck on one of my car's tires and they patched it for FREE without any issue. Very professional and nice staff! Fast service too!

Updated review. The replacement Michelin Energy Saver tire on my C-Max was completely refunded after a call from Derek from America's Tire Store in Lake Forest. I'm upgrading my store rating for this experience four stars. Everything's good until something goes wrong. Did a lot of research before buying. Seemed like this original equipment Michelin Energy Saver A/S tires would be best. They were okay and held air, so I didn't think much about them. Then one of the tires blew up. Beautiful Southern California spring day, no tire pressure problem, no forewarning, just boom. Force of the blast dislocated and dented car body panels. Tire tread completely separated from the bead on the wheel. My car did not come with a spare, only a hopeful can of tire sealant and a compressor😂 Fortunately I purchased a spare tire on eBay for just this kind of situation. After blast, and a smoky trip to the shoulder and AAA service, I called Michelin tire, they pulled a Pontius pilot (celebrating Easter week maybe?) America's tire store gave me an $80 prorated treadwear credit towards a new $247 tire, they of course made it a cautionary tale about buying road hazard insurance. They suggested I buy road hazard insurance for the replaced tire. I said if that tire blows again, grins, I'll be back with an attorney. I get it, everybody's gotta earn and maintain a profit. What's fun? This review isn't acceptable for an America's tire customer survey. I now only shop for tires at Walmart because they're everywhere, the prices are better yand customer service is about the same.

I have been an America's Tire customer for over 20 years and today was a perfect example as to why I keep going back! I called Friday, to inquire about tires, and they had them in stock. They asked me to come in sane day but instead I set an appointment for today at 5pm. I was running late and knowing that they close at 6pm, I called to let them know. They told me not worry and they would take care of me. Wexarrived with 15 minutes to close and they welcomed us. Yes, they close at 6pm but that doesn't mean they go home! That means they stop accepting customers at 6pm. How many places do you know like this? Most places are doors shut, light off and everybody gone by closing time. They got our car in, tires off, tires mounted, balanced, and we were out in less than an hour. The guys at the Lake Forest, CA store on Aspan st. are like a well oiled machine! This is our selected store!
