This place is a dump very over priced. Shady people everywhere animals running around lose. The road is very busy out front no yard to play in and not safe for kids

It's a normal apt complex with a laundry room, $3.00 a load to wash & 25 cents for every 6 minutes of drying time.

Right now a single is $720.00 a month & a 1 bedroom is $820.00 a month, power & cable are included.
If it's 1 bedroom 225 week, If it's a efficiency it's 200 a week. It's 300 pet deposit for a dog. I believe it's 300 for a cat too. First come first serve.

I live there and I pay $190
There is no 24 hour lobby clerk and weekends are hit or miss... unfortunately, more of a miss than a hit. I suggest calling back today if you haven't already received a return call.
