Great if you Enjoy food that is both Burnt AND Frozen at the same time. Little disappointed that they don't have any consistency when deli items. Items are randomly available "when they feel like it" Over the last 8 years customer service has been at Best professional. More often than not rude. For example Standing in line and the cashier walks away. But that's okay because at least she's only walking away and not being rude Then walking away. When you place an order for food Always *Always* have them read it back otherwise it will be wrong. Then check to make sure it was made correctly. (frozen bloody chicken is bad) If you don't check Good luck getting a refund!

Food is great! But the cashiers,WOW! They never greet you, they never smile, you can just feel an ugly vibe when you go in. There is an older lady, she is very nice! She always has a convo with me when I'm there and I notice she does talk to alot of her customers.

Worst customer service for no reason. I was blamed for what the employee didn't write down. I was told by Nena the manager in order to get a refund for a turkey sandwich with only pickles I would have to return the whole sandwich and not eat on my lunch. To top it off she asked ME to take their order slip and write down "I would like all veggies" so this doesn't happen again.... Okay should I fill out an application as well since I'm doing the work they can't. Training training training

Mr. Gus Belvins, i have tried numerous times to call the number listed for the Conoco Station; but nobody answers the phone. I know that the phone works because an employee was on the phone the first time i was here. I am currently at the Conoco Station checking on the fob/keys now. The employee is telling me that she doesn't see the keys and my best bet is to come back in the morning and check then. I am traveling across country and staying overnight here will be putting me more behind my schedule , especially if my fob isn't here. What is your protocol in this situation? Or they allowed to call management for assistance?
