I got the beef with medium spicy. You order downstairs and go upstairs to eat and pay. It was super hot upstairs and then eating hot soup. I wish they could blast the ac!

The food was great but the service sucks. It was an incident that they didn’t get my card from the table and we wrote down the tips and thought we had paid it. And then a guy chased us and asked us to pay in the parking lot, I gave him my card and wait there. Then he came back with a lightening cigarette in his hand with my card and I felt so disrespected. Maybe because they thought we didn’t pay on purpose, but I don’t like their attitude and won’t go there anymore.

I really like this place since the style and flavor is pretty local and similar to those I had in Taiwan. I ordered house special in mild, but it was way more spicy than my friend's (and she ordered exactly the same thing as I did). I was disappointed because it was so spicy that I couldn't taste anything else. I tried some of the lamb and mushroom veggies hotpot that my friends ordered, both of which were good, and I'd recommend no spicy one if you'd like to really enjoy their flavor.

Let me start by saying the food was delicious. Lots of flavor and I recommend going for the spicy bowl. I got the beef bowl option. I'm not a fan of pork in any cuisine. Walking in yoi wouldn't know to get a ticket number there is no sign or instruction asking you to sign up for a dine -in table. We had to wait in line for 10 minutes, to go orders and then found out we need to get a ticket from an iPad at the door. Once we were notified by text the table was ready.... we had to order the food downstairs and pay for it like a to go order then walk upstairs to be seated and served. All the staff were great in helping serving welcoming. Thank you all for a great experience. The food get served hot, then they turn on the boiling pot flame. The servers come by with a pitcher of broth to refill the soup. Beware it is very hot and very delicious. Take your time eating you might burn your tongue. You must try the garlic bean paste. It was my favorite of the 3 bean paste being offered. Enjoy!

The menu is arranged per person and not family style. So one can definitely go by oneself to this restaurant and not miss out on anything.
$12-$16 for the standard hotpot menu items.
