We enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect being right on the beach and a plus that Hilton bought the property including the pier. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here which includes the on-site Restaurant, Tiki bar, outdoor patio where you can sit by the fire, poolside chairs and the covered deck that oversees the beach. The room was perfect for our party of four! The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful! We would definitely come back and book our stay here again.

Staff was very kind and it was clean. The flooring wasn’t laid correctly and you can see the glue from when the ripped the carpet up beneath in a spot. The curtain was ripped off the rod, so we had to pull on the curtain to close it, really lowered the quality of the room, especially for what we paid. I was also not given the correct food & beverage credit as a Gold member & had to call back twice to resolve. Was told management would contact me within 2 days & they never did. I get the cost to expect at a vacation destination, but it definitely needs some maintenance & management should follow through appropriately when a guest has concerns. I am changing from 3 to 2 stars because there was a response on here, but I called Hilton customer service to discuss it, they said someone would respond in 3 business days, that was 6 days ago and no one has called. So it's nice that you act like it matters by responding to a review, but no follow up. Not good.

From the minute I walked up to the front desk and was greeted by a welcoming, friendly and happy staff member, I knew it was going to be a great stay. Our ocean front room was clean and well appointed as the hotel itself was extremely clean. Every member of the staff that we came in contact with was very friendly and outgoing. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice (dinner and breakfast) and the food was delicious with competitive pricing. I want to particularly point out that for both meals, although the dining room was very full and you could see very understaffed, the waitstaff was still very friendly and attentive. The grounds were impeccable and we look forward to going back in the near future. My only complaint is I wish the pillows were a little firmer but other than that, you can't go wrong staying here!

This is a great hotel right by the pier and the beach that extends over 100 mi. They have a great little lounge and restaurant on the main floor with an indoor pool and an outdoor pool and important amenities right across the street. I have really enjoyed my stay.
