This location is now owned and operated by Go Carwash and is doing business as Hogwash Express temporarily. I'd recommend people Go Carwash their cars somewhere else. Carwashes are becoming a dime a dozen and in fact they are opening two brand new car washes directly up the road from this location. Let me say I've been coming to this location for over 10 years. I was a regular ad sea car, where my job had a contract with them, and we washed multiple cars weekly. I personally purchaed their unlimited wash, a regular at hogwash, purchasing their unlimited was plan, and won't be returning anymore. I'm more then familiar with how the tunnel track works. That's been the only piece of equipment to stay the same throughout the various renovations. Under hogwash ownership, Ive never had a problem. You'd pull up to the tunnel, they align your car, power wash it, and then pull you forward onto the track, where you put your car in neutral and ride through. Today, I had nothing but issues. They pull me directly upto the edge of the track, powerwash my car and then when my car is put in neutral, it starts rolling backwards! This process is repeated several times, each time the staff (A) is belligerent, acting like I'm doing something wrong, even asking me "If your cars in neutral, why's it rolling back". They insisted I take my foot off the brake, I would, and after a few seconds the car would get bumped and start rolling back untill the employees yelled to stop. Another employee (B) walks over, asks if it's in nutrual, looks in the car abs sees it's clearly in nutrual. All while employee A is fiddling about the control panel. B tells him to stop messing with stuff. B then asks me to pull forward about 3 feet further then I was initially, and put the car in nutrual. The rollers grab my car and push me through the tunnel without issue. Concerned, I drove my car to my friends house who is a mechanic, and we attempted several times to make my car roll backwards while the dash showing in neutral. We were unable to replicate these results. It is my belief that my car was not pulled forward enough onto the track, and that when the rollers tried to grab my wheels, it was instead being pushed backwards. Especially because the car would move backwards in a surging pattern, as if an external force was being applied, NOT as if the car was in reverse where it would roll continuously. If the owners of Go Carwash can provide me with proof that these issues are indeed my fault, I will remove this review. This location has numerous cameras and should be able to see if my reverse lights were on when the car "backed up".

I had read a post which said expect a wait and it was correct but I was satisfied with the car wash. I was removing the salt from the previous snow. Staff was friendly and they had two people on the outside washing and removing bad spots on both sides of the car. I was impressed.

I got a Half Hog Detail yesterday. Brandon and Will spent quite alot of time making my car look amazing. I am thrilled with the value that I received from the detailing team. The pictures speak for themselves, and I will definitely be coming back in a few months. The wash is excellent and my car looks great afterwards. They have free towels and vacuums so you can clean your interior. If you do the highest level membership plan, its equal to two washes and you can visit once a day. The staff is very friendly and Mr. and Mrs. Hogg are always happy to listen to clients. You could not ask for a better value or service level.
