So for people mentioning it. If you call, you are not going to getting a branch for most things. If you get not so great service from one person, please don’t let that reflect your opinion on the entire company. Odds are, they were probably newer, every associate I have spoken to with experience made my experience lovely.

God awful company and policies to deal with. Their version of a "roll over" is just send you a check and close your account. Zero rolling over to another account. Wouldn't touch these guys with a 10 ft pole. Terrible company, terrible service.
