Concept of the place is nice. Kids really enjoyed the loft area in the cabin. Definitely has an ant problem. Housekeeping bearly exists. Family of 5 staying 7 days housekeeping is a must. Ran out of toliet paper. Constantly have to call to get housekeeping for towels, coffee and cups. Even though we've told them we are staying for whole week and to keep supplies coming, they don't. Housekeeping should make daily rounds to each cabin/cottage but don't. The village store has bare minimum. $19 for a can of sunscreen is quite the markup. Would be nice if they added a continental breakfast area and more in the village store with reasonable prices. The walk isn't bad from the cabins to oceans of fun but after a couple days we started driving to the parking lot to save some steps. Overall decent for the price and convenience but not sure if I could justify staying for an extended time due to the housekeeping issue and ant problem. We stayed for the convenience of being close to the park and not having to drive that we ended up driving so staying at a hotel with housekeeping and breakfast would be more ideal.

The rv park is pretty nice. Concrete slabs, nice & long, good space in between. You can see the big coasters from the park. You can walk to the amusement park as well. They have trash cans at every other site. They keeps the grounds very nice. The pool is nice & the staff are friendly. The negatives are, the highway traffic is pretty noisy. They only have 3 washers & 3 dryers & 1 dryer doesnโt work. They have no dog park & no poop stations at all! We would probably stop here again.

I was here off season in April, so the campground was not crowded. It was nice and quiet. I bet it would be fun to camp here and go to the amusement park. Nice long level site, so I didn't have to unhook the car. I would stay here again.

No. They do not allow pets in the cabins only can have a pet if you stay in the RV park
No monthly rates Daily varies but is about $50 a night
I dont know but you can call the park they will tell you
They need to guarantee the room with a credit card in case of potential damages you may cause. That is why all (smart) hotels have a policy requiring a credit or debit card upon check-in, so that the police can track you down if you do not pay your bill or vandalize the property.
Memorial day weekend.
We paid $29.29, good sams discount and off season
