Maybe because it was later in the evening, but our service and condition of the restaurant were not appealing or making us want to come back soon! Workers were friendly, but overwhelmed and short handed! They couldn’t keep up and it was 8:20 pm, so not a rush hour time! The floors and back counter were cluttered and very messy! Huge change since our last visit! The food was good! The new outside canopy’s and accommodations are impressive looking! We will be back, but it will be awhile!

My "medium" fries as soon as I got home and opened the bag. You can see the one behind is the same. Barely half full. Also asked for light ice because I don't like my drinks super cold, and cup was brimming full of ice. I am a loyal Chick-fil-a customer, but save yourself the disappointment and go to another location.

Such a disappointing experience I don’t understand what the hype is about. The chicken sandwich was decent, but the one that I received seemed like it had been setting in a warming tray all evening. The kale salad side was a joke of about a quarter cup of kale salad for a few bucks. Google says it’s less busy than normal right now yet it was hard to find a place to set in the dining room because 2/3rds of the tables were not cleaned. I finally a table and completed my order through the app and was waiting for them to bring the food to my table as stated in the app. Instead someone just walked up to the take out shelf, said my name, and dumped my food off. They forgot to include straws or napkins so I had to go hunt those. My booth was sticky like it wasn’t cleaned properly or often. All in all it was way overpriced for the food and experience I had. The best part of my entire meal was the lemonade that I got to drink. That was awesome and I’d come back for one of those if I ever felt like eating here again.

This place never fails to disappoint. I originally rated it high, after my very first visit to this location was a positive one. Since then, however, over the course of about ten trips, I've yet to receive a single thing I ordered correctly. How is it so impossibly hard to get me what i paid for?? First you disappoint me today by telling me the spicy chicken is no longer available during breakfast. Fine, I'll just get normal chicken. Then you don't even give me what I paid for. Ordered a chicken egg cheese biscuit with pepper jack. You gave me a chicken egg (minus yolk) muffin with pepper jack. Seriously???

Yes, just go to the closest chick fil-a near you, and tell them it would be temporary and part time. 🤗
