Fantastic experience! Moved into my new condo and experienced several issues with my bathroom sink faucet and shower handle. Pam Love helped me identify my (now discontinued) faucet and the replacement aerators I need as well as replacement part (set screw) for my loose shower handle. Best customer service I call I have ever made! Thank you!

We remodeled our top level of our home with 2 baths and 1 master and utility room. Kara at Kohler Signature Showroom was by our sides the entire process. She was very experienced and helped with the design, purchasing, and worked with the remodeling team with all the details start to finish. Her recommendations were always what made sense and not just Kohler products. However, we love all the Kohler faucets, WCs, sinks and soaking tub. Our Kohler products are exceptional quality. What we really loved about our experience with Kara was her calm reassuring demeanor and always being just a text away. I had trouble making decisions and with her experience she helped pull it all together from design, carpet, paint colors, hardware and mirrors. The remodeling team would contact Kara with questions and Kara knew the answers. Along with Kara, Naomi was also a great help as a backup or second opinion. They truly work well as a team to provide top quality customer service. My gauge to this project was how did I like the team after the project was completed. I felt like I had made friendships and love everything about my remodel! Thanks Kara and Naomi! You are our Kohler go to team for remodeling!!

We went to this store today and really enjoyed it. We are shopping for new toilets that flush better than what we have, Kara was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also asked her about bidet function in a toilet and she pointed out to me that it is possible to just buy a special bidet toilet seat lid and attach it to the toilet that we chose. I am very happy with my selection.
