These boys gave me a very good price for my drill and impact( makita) when I came back to pick them up, there was a brushless makita grinder for $69 with battery, charger, and accessories. Had to add it to the collection. Super friendly staff, easy to talk to. Keep up the good work I appreciate you

Good lord these people are unprossional and stupid... If I didn't need the money I certainly would go to a different store. Also the employees are often rude and very clearly don't know what they are talking about. Jay is pretty good and will work with you, Kevin is as rude as he is ignorant and racist, the others are mostly good just slow.

Make sure you let them know in advance if you might want to pick up items seperately. Otherwise, they put it all on one ticket so you have to get it at one time. Then they try to make it out like it's your fault for not asking. And this from the assistant store manager. Flat out said, no, we aren't going to tell you that. Sorry, how would I know to ask that? I don't work there. Used to be a great place a couple of years ago. Now, I will never step foot it this store again. Horrible customer service. Rude management. Definitely would suggest you find a different place.

08.09.17 @ 11:45am. Walked in with $300 cash to spend on a tv. 3 workers were present and things to note while I spent 5 mins in the store: 1) not one person spoke, said hello, or head nodded to acknowledge I was there. (There was only 1 other customer in the store) 2) I went straight to the tvs and not one time did one of the workers come from behind their computer to ask me if I needed help. 3) When I realized my money was not needed at this store, I walked out and tried to make eye contact with the workers behind the desk. Neither the girl or guy looked up nor did they say: "Thanks for stopping in." Who trains these people nowadays? Taking my funds down the road.

We are happy to look at anything. We do pawn shoes but won't know if we can take them in until we see them.
