The guy helping me was nice enough. Otherwise, I was treated to the worst shopping experience of my life! I needed a tool to complete a job. Mine broke, so I came here to buy a replacement. They had what I needed for $39. I had a $50 MasterCard gift card. The guy rang it up wrong and wanted to charge me $49 plus tax. I didn't catch his mistake until after he swiped my gift card and wanted an additional $3.21 on top of the $50. He then rang up the tool at the correct total of $42.35. Instead of just giving me the difference between what he charged on my gift card and what he should have charged he decided to try and void the entire transaction and put the $50 back on my card and start over. The problem with that is that the transaction to refund money onto a gift card takes 7-10 business days. I walked in with $50 wanting to purchase a tool. I left with NO tool and NO money!! Their guy messed up, caused my $50 to go into limbo for 7-10 days, which made it so I couldn't purchase the tool I HAD TO HAVE TODAY to finish a job I promised to have finished! That was my only $50!! I can't just go somewhere else and buy a tool! They completely f***ed me over! After all the bullsh*** they said there was nothing they could do and I should come back when the $50 eventually gets refunded onto my gift card. Give me a break! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN! I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER SET FOOT IN YOUR BUSINESS!
