I paid for a membership with which vacuum services and towel services are included. Towel service at 135th street location in OP has become disappointingly inconsistent and when I asked about it I was told “We’re low on towels… nothing we can do about it…” I left my previous carwash for those two services, now regretting that decision.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to going here for the first time. The overall set up is weird with vacuums being first. You end up trying to wait in line for the wash and people are trying to back out of the vacuum spots to also get in line causing a huge confusion, especially for first timers like myself. When I tried asking an employee a simple question regarding the flow of the wash I was met with extreme disrespect and rudeness. It's a carwash...not looking for 5 star restaurant service, but I'm also not trying to catch serious attitude. Not worth the $8 you'll pay for the basic wash. Would not recommend.

Kind of a weird set up. The entrance opens into the vacuum area before entering the wash. On a busy day, the car wash line was long, blocking me in. I wasn’t able to back out and get into the car wash line. Also, there’s only one tunnel and priority is given to members. So if a bunch of members come in at once, you could be waiting in the line for a long time as a nonmember. I definitely think I’ll stick with Kevin’s Carwash in NKC. It’s worth the drive after this experience. Here’s an example from my window while I wait in line. This is me blocking cars in while the nonmember line continues to grow.
