I have two problems—one major, one minor. First, my car wasn’t super clean when it came out—especially around the trunk. The second and biggest problem is that the machine ripped the emblem off the front of my car and damaged my hood. I had to get an employee to pick up the emblem from the car wash and when I got home and noticed the damage that connects in a straight line with the emblem, I tried reaching out and never got a response. I can understand the possibility of small scratches from the brushes but not literally taking off an emblem and skipping it across my hood. Edit: this review was from a couple years ago and I posted it on Go Car Wash’s page and they responded. When I looked recently it was changed to Big Splash Car Wash. Not sure how that happened but I wonder if negative reviews are being removed.

The second to last brush on the passenger side wasn't working and it didn't clean the top of the car well. One of four vacuums that we tried was usable.

After paying for the $21 wash we exited and Frank saw that we still had too many bugs on our windshield and told us to go back through again for free! Our car looks better than ever and we have Frank to thank for that!

I'm been going to this car wash since it opened with several vehicles , and was very pleased. Recently I took my truck through the carwash and the whole left side was scratched up very badly by one of the side brushes. The store manage JC has been incredibly rude to me, and is not returning my calls. I thought I was being reasonable and only asking for $200 to give to a friend to repair the scratches. It's a shame, I feel like a little bit of friendly customer service would have gone a long way. They would have made that money back from my business in a couple months. I will not be using this car wash in the future, and can no longer recommend it to anyone else.
