I was looking for other auto insurance options and called State Farm rep over the phone. I stated that I had a speeding ticket during the pandemic I paid, but did not go to traffic school for which impacts my premium. Additionally they saw 2 traffic accidents and quoted me for a very low price over the phone. After I was arranged to meet with the local agency, they took my driver's license number and gave me a quote that was significantly higher. I wasn't surprised. They 'offered me' insurance which was exactly the same price I was currently getting with AAA, but with significantly less perks. Obviously I didn't need it so I simply said that I'm getting the same rate with my current insurance. It could have ended here without any issues--but it didn't... After I said that, Amy told me she needs to look up something and then told me she could not insure me because I have two traffic accidents. She felt very sorry appeared very dramatic like something terrible had happened. What a load of nonsense... They lied twice, don't let these people give you the run-around. And on top of all this, they tried to tell me I can come back to get renter's insurance with them in a year.... I already have renter's insurance with AAA which discounts my auto insurance. These people are a joke.

I've known Joe and the ladies in his office for 15 years providing my cleaning services. I Was even a customer at one point in that time. Twice a month for 15+ years. I was like a fly on the wall and I would see and hear everything that went on in the office. Professional, honorable and integrity is how I would discribe.the daily practices and people that carried them out in this buisnrss. The negative review about this business was most likely posted by someone with serious personal issues that effect their views of reality and the world around them. To say that anyone in this office doesn't pay attention to what their customers say Is just crazy! This claim couldn't be more untrue.
