I have been to multiple Chipotle locations in the KC area, and this one is by far the worst. There was a severe lack of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant and every employee clearly did not want to be there (had headphones in, seemed annoyed when asked for basic things, etc). I am grateful this location is not the only one in town!

Ok so when I go to this location it’s always anywhere after 8pm. I never have any issues. Food is always great and it’s cleanly. So I’m shocked to see these other reviews because I prefer this location from the horrible Grandview location. The chicken is always well seasoned and I’ve never had a problem with undercooked rice. I’ll continue to go here.

A typical day at this specific location right off State Line Rd. Come on ya’ll look a the toppings! Nobody wants to have all that cross contaminated meat and cheese dripping everywhere. This is how the case looks every time I go. Please address this chipotle management

Greeted nicely and the food preparer was nice and pleasant. Food was good and portion size worth the money. The cashier neglected to tell me the total. Many tables were dirty and empty. No napkins were stocked In The dinning area.
