Rise Southern Biscuits and Righteous Chicken

I've driven by here hundreds of times and wanted to try them and today I did. The princess has the week off and I didn't feel like cooking breakfast so I picked up two biscuits breakfast sandwiches a side of cheese grits and a glazed blueberry biscuit for carry out. Everything was very impressive. The restaurant is very clean bright and full of good smells. We shared everything as usual. The food was hot and tasty I especially enjoyed the grits. The service was fast and friendly. I'll will definitely return to try the chicken as well as the biscuits and gravy.

Just found this place and it is delicious. Nicely priced and food is always delicious. The biscuit cinnamon roll is a MUST try!!!

Don’t understand the hype really. I’ve eaten here twice. Service was friendly. Biscuits were really good. Chicken strips were good but not great. Had a little bit of a spongy texture. On both visits the tater tots have been sooooooo bland. Like super bland with no flavor at all. If I did a blind taste test I couldn’t tell you what I was eating. I’m not a big salt consumer but these definitely need salt!!! Maybe add some extra chives, onions, pepper……something. The tots look great and crispy but are just big bland mush balls. Disappointed being a tot lover.

The place was nice and well ran. Service was fast and friendly. However the food was not hot when I got it. That was the only draw back. The food was very tasty. This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I would go back again! The biscuits are for sure the star of the show. They are very flaky and tasty!!
