Took my 2017 Chevrolet in for Transmission shudder issue. This is an issued recognized by GM. They shipped Transmission fluid exchange tool kits to all GM dealerships for free. I was charged around $500.00 for my transmission fluid flush which should have been free due to a recognized existing condition on the 8-speed automatic transmissions. This is related to the torque converter clutch. Very disappointed with GM not standing by their product.

I had the best online shopping experience with this dealership. My sales person was Jason Holley. I dislike when I contact a dealer’s online department and they say you have to be in person in order to receive a quote. Not here. Jason knew I meant business. I asked him for a quote, told him the down payment, length of contract, etc, he came back with a great payment. My vehicle was in transit as is the case in today’s market, and when the date of delivery was approaching I asked Jason if they could deliver the vehicle, he said no problem. He delivered on everything he promised. Save yourself some time and shop at this dealership, if possible ask for Jason.

Tommy has been one of the most helpful and caring car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Buying a car is always a stressful process and Tommy made it very pleasant. The car I purchased was in repairs for about a week, and I desperately needed a car to get to work. Tommy helped me with this issue by letting me use a loaner car. You have no idea how much this helped me. He was also very on top of communicating with me about when going to be ready. Not only do I love the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer that I purchased, I am left with a great feeling and impression that my business was so valued by Selman Chevrolet. I would also like to add that Rodney in maintenance was extremely kind to me and took time out of his day to help me with some technical issues I was having in regards to setting up my car with Apple Carplay. He was extremely patient, polite, and knowledgeable. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealership. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you.
