After waiting 5 minutes for the person NOT helping customers or trimming hair to stop staring into a mirror, I asked was it possible to get a hair trim. I was told unless I have an appointment no. They only do appointments now. I told her nothing was posted on the door I was sorry and turned to walk away. Then as I was leaving a lady came in and asked could she get a hair cut, she was asked did she have an appointment, she said no and was told oh then it will be a 20 minute wait. Why was I told appointment only when the white woman right behind me was told 20 minute wait.....

So this is my third time going there. I was suppose to have an appointment today at 230 pm. This was after rescheduling from last week when a representative over scheduled my stylist. I get there today and no appointment scheduled No try to even work me in sooner. Thursday is the first. I think they need to get a full time scheduler. I'm so frustrated. Trying to get ready for a trip. .

I always see Shari... she is awesome! When she is not available..I see Mary. This last time. I wanted to try something different. Shari wasn't in and Mary was available.
