On Jan 15, 2022@1020 to 1035ish I walked into 711 across from the Yorktown Library. I immediately spoke loud and yelled good morning to which the gentleman behind the counter who greeted me. My husband soon entered as we were ready for our morning of coffee and my hot chocate. Of course the hot chocolate was only producing what looked like dirty water ...a little hot cocoa powder and a lot more water. I didnt complain I just decided on French Vanilla. My husband said that there wasn't enough coffee in the visible meter on the side of the Unit for the size that my husband wanted so my husband went to the counter and asked the cashier to pay and if he could make more coffee of the regular. The cashier immediately said...I just ...then stop turned and with mumbling words(we're not deaf) walked around the counter toward the coffee machine snatched the regular coffee unit grabs the cover off the unit, throws it across the counter making a loud noise then proceeds to make the coffee with loudness. Now my husband said it's OK but me I told my husband...that cashier would be the one to spit in the pot and smile in your face .....WE LEFT WITHOUT PAYING....THAT OLD SAYING WHAT YOU WON'T DO SOMEBODY ELSE WILL.....THANK YOU....CONNIE AND STACY @ 7-11 #10848 FOR YOUR SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO MAKING OUR BAD SITUATION A THING OF THE PASS ....BE GONE NEGATIVE ENERGY.

Staff extremely rude. Manager really needs to be replaced (talking about the short blonde woman that manages morning time) Shes rude every morning and creates a rude and lazy work atmosphere for her whole team, she cannot handle the simplest inconvenience without snapping off at people yesterday I watched her talk down on a woman who told her they had no coffee and she also tried to tell me the same time that a breakfast pizza I could see was hard a brick was just made... Shes a real character and at the least needs an evaluation. This morning she's costing 7/11 who knows how much just because she can't handle the bathroom being flooded.. says the store will be closed for hours literally inconveniencing hundreds of people.

I had to go in the other day but left immediately after seeing both front desk employees with their masks around their neck. I tried a few days later and this time the employee was behind the counter, behind some plastic that was about 18in tall that was hung over the counter and she was complaining about it the whole time. I'll be driving out of my way to try to find somewhere safer, Not only does their staff not seem to care about their personal health, they seem aggravated at having to care at all about the customers. Not safe.

I frequent this store quite often. Today I spent 19 minutes in this store! I went in and purchased a big bite, chips and cigarettes. I asked the cashier to put the rest on pump 5 for gas. I proceeded to the pump to get gas and the pump said "dispensing stopped by sales associate". I walked back into the store where I asked the cashier what was wrong because I could not get my gas... she laughed and said "oh I have you on pump 11! You can get your gas now." I go back to the pump where it now says "Pump out of order". I again return inside and as for a refund.. 5 minutes later the cashier informs me that she does not know how to give a refund and that she has to get the manager. The manager asks me how I paid and what the problem was. I told her that I would just like a refund and that I was now going to be late for work. She instructed the cashier to go jiggle the pump so that it will reset itself and she could refund my money... The cashier goes out to the pump, and begins pumping gas in MY CAR (which only takes premium) the manager says " oh.. so is pumping your gas" I replied WTF ran out the door screaming stop, what aren't doing!! My car only takes premium gas!!! I tripped over the curb twisting my knee.. The cashier responded "oh my bad". I asked the manager what the hell was going on and why the cashier felt is was ok to put the wrong gas in my car. She said " I dont know. Here is your refund of $5.48.." my response was no.. how the hell are you going to charge me for gas i did not want and the wrong gas at that!! I asked if she was able to replace my car when the gas causes me problems... I was charged for 4 gallons of regular gas for my premium only vehicle because of the incompetently trained staff... I was refused my complete refund.. the staff was very uncaring and unapologetic...I asked for upper management contacts and was told by the manager that she would be contacting her and making her aware of the situation and letting her know that I would be calling. After speaking with the field consultant... I find out that she was never notified. BEYOND DISGUSTED!!! I may never frequent this store again.
