BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Awful. Just awful. Joyce THE OWNER IS A FRAUD AND THEIF!!! SHE WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGES AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I HAVE REPORTED this fraudulent con artist owner to the FTC and UPS headquarters for ruining the UPS brand by taking advantage of customers during the pandemic. AWFUL AND THEIF OWNER HERE!!! Go to any other UPS stores but not this one if you don’t want your items stolen and credit card information taken and used. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! They will not ship your packages and sneak it out to the back to take it home. They’ll also steal any mail if you have a mailbox here. This has happened to a lot of other people as well and all the positive reviews are FAKE!! I shipped a package valued over $4,500 and the owner STOLE IT! I had the package dropped off and scanned but it was never in transit and when I confronted the store they denied anything when I had proof. Getting the FBI involved for an investigation and creating a case against this fraudulent establishment.

I like this UPS location because it’s small the men and women working there are busy getting the customers what they need in s friendly and speedy manor. They will box things for you if needed and they never want a tip. The store is always nice and clean inside and out. Oh and this location is close to my home.
