Planning a wedding is difficult. Planning a wedding during COVID is nothing but sad, frustrating, stressful and many more adjectives. Planning a wedding with Cindy and Jack Pratt of Lower Notley Hall Farm was the most amazing experience ever. Two cancelled dates and finally a “wedding” a year later. Cindy and Jack Pratt were so gracious and accommodating to make sure my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. They were so gracious to allow the bride and groom to have a small private nine-person ceremony on their original date. You would never know that it was just a simple ceremony because the Pratts did everything to make this a beautiful and amazing experience for the bride and groom. For the year later “wedding”, it was as though we were family at this point. Jack and Cindy helped with every detail and made this an amazing day for both our families. There is absolutely nothing that we could complain about, nor would we do any different. If you want an amazingly beautiful venue with the most amazing owners, I strongly suggest you look at Lower Notley Hall Farm. The manor house, the barn, the water view and owners are of the finest quality you will ever find. When we started this journey with Lower Notley Hall Farm and Cindy and Jack Pratt, we started as customers, but I feel after this two year journey, we left as friends and family. Our families are grateful for the memories that the Pratts have given the bride and groom.

My brother had his wedding here. It was such a beautiful venue, a historical home on the water. The wedding was outside on the river bank and the reception was held in the newly built reception barn. He had a late afternoon wedding, followed by dinner and dancing. It was a fantastic evening. The reception barn is set up so the guests could dance inside or outside under the beautiful lights and moonlight reflecting on the river. The owners were welcoming and professional throughout the whole experience. When we went to decorate Cindy was there and lent a helping hand even offering some of her own personal pieces to help us achieve our vision. Jack was nearby, willing to lend a hand to help however he could. And they don't charge extra for that! They are just good folks. . It also makes it nice that people with such deep roots in the county have opened up their family historical home for all to enjoy. You will not be disappointed by the venue or the customer service. Definitely 5 stars. I have attended other events here and it's always the same, professional and accomodating.

The wife and I had an amazing experience. The staff was amazing, the Venue was incredible. We plan on having our 5year anniversary/And Wedding vows renewed at lower Notley. You will not be disappointed!
