Worst customer service experience of my life. I went in with a foreign exchange student who had had his motorcycle towed. The first day they said it would cost $375 to get it back, but by the time the student was able to get some money, it had been three days and would now cost him $975. He begged them to give him a better deal as he only had $500, and that was all his rent and food money. I believe it was the owner/manager we were speaking to, and he was incredibly condescending, disrespectful, and insensitive. He called the student a liar, told him to “shut up”, said he was “acting a fool”, and pointed to his head asking him why he couldn’t get what he was saying through his head. He used intimidation tactics, and a patronizing and condescending tone of voice. I noticed that he changed his attitude and was respectful when he was talking to me, a white person. I will never support a business that treats foreigners so badly.

Customer service was amazing! Blaine found a different part than what I ordered. He was very respectful and I can't wait to do business with him again.

Really Bad service they don't know how to treat people because they are always in a bad mood they don't have a good costumer service i prefer to go the one it's in Eugene because compared to these people, those from Eugene treat you with kindness and good service.
