DO NOT RENT HERE! My daughter moved in here a year ago and there have been bumps along the way....multiple maintenance issues including her not having consistent hot water for over three months, but the deal-breaker came last month when one of her roommates moved out. She knew that they could move anyone into that room and that was fine, but no one was aware that they can move a man in with two girls without any notice or consent. My daughter and her female roommate are now living with a strange man and the apartment complex says there is nothing they can do about it. I would not have any problem if they had said they were okay with this, or if it was a male they had met before or felt comfortable with. None of that happened. Think your child is secure because they share the same lease length with their roommates? Things happen. One roommate moved out early and they subleased her apartment. I am so disappointed not just that this happened, but in the way it was handled. This complex unfortunately has no concern for its inhabitants. I would think twice before considering this as a living option for my student. A company doesn't usually receive this many negative reviews when they follow ethical business practices.

The once beautiful landscaping around the buildings is not being maintained or replaced. Frontage and side gardens are not regularly cared for and are over run by weeds. Many of the buildings face public streets and look unattractive due to the unkept landscaping. Please be a respectful property owner in Corvallis.

I am truly so frustrated with this place! I signed my lease a while ago but then ended up cancelling and when I called a staff member had picked up and said that I was fine to cancel due to the fact I have an issue right now and that involves not being in school next year and I live 3 hours away. So the guy went ahead and told me he'd cancel my lease but then I recieved an email from another staff member from when I reply back to them A WHILE AGO she had said to me that I need to sign a reassignment form and have someone take over the lease! I don't know anyone here in Corvallis and the guy told me I didn't need to do any of that because if anything I would just be opening more space for students coming in the fall and in need of housing. Overall I am not living there due to a situation I am in and I cannot drive from my home that is 3 hours away and let alone I do not have the money. They are not good at communicating and they always tell me one things and then another staff member tells me another. They are also very slow with everything. Just please leave me alone and let others live there who want to live there and are in need of housing.

Lived here for 3 years. Dumpsters were always spilling over and trash was all over the park lot. They also charged me for apartment damages a full 6 months after I moved out. The damages were NOT caused by me and I provided proof for it. I found out that they lost my inspection sheet and didn't even bother trying to see if the damage was caused by me before sending me a bill. I got the bill waived, but it was a pain and a waste of time.
