Because it's Domino's and it's my favorite pizza place but I kind of felt some type of way today when I sat at the window forever waiting on one vehicle because when I come to the window and pay if my order is not ready they make me pull up or either come back around. I like my pizza really fresh I use the app it should not take me that long to receive my pizza that is already made and ready after I get to the location. And if it takes 5 minutes to ring me up somebody please come and help the new person.

Employee at the window was rude and my crust on my pizza was hard, she wouldn’t give me any sauce for my cinnamon and garlic twist that were supposed to be in my boxes when I ordered and the cinnamon twist were thin and crispy. If I could give zero stars I would. And on top of that she slammed the door in my face as I was talking

I ordered dominos on a Monday afternoon (around 1pm) for just a medium pepperoni pizza and everything was good until I was using the tracker and it was stuck in "quality check" for over an hour. I thought at first they were waiting on more orders to complete for them to send a driver out (which if that was the case, I was completely patient with) BUT..... when I called to check on the status of my order 2 HOURS past "quality check" [ 3.5 hours in total from order sent ] they told me that they have not even started my order yet. At that point, I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. The lady on the phone was so annoyed with me and kept saying "are you seriously canceling this." I love dominos but this completely turned me off to ever order from them again. Unnecessarily rude customer service. I work in the service industry and know how tough it can be but they were just rude for absolutely no reason. I was extremely patient and nice about the whole transaction since I feel like service industry should never be yelled at. Anyways, this long review just to say be weary when ordering from here. You might not ever receive the order you paid for, or if you have any issues just be prepared for completely rude employees.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I ordered a pan pizza and lava cakes and paid $25. I received a hand tossed pizza with crushed lava cakes. My driver left the store at 4:43 and arrived at 5:12. My location is 6min away. So my order was crushed, cold, and wrong. On top of that Ive tried calling for 2hrs with no answer. I've had several friends try to call so they are just not answering their phones at all on a Saturday night. I want my money back and I will be showing up with this garbage after I get off work. Since they won't answer the phone.
