A friend and I came in at 5pm on a Saturday, place was not crowded at all, maybe two or three other tables came in AFTER us. We came in with our children and ordered food. It took an hour before our kids food came out and the two or three other tables got theirs before we did. Then the brought the kids food out first before the adults got their meal 30 MINUTES later which by that time our small children already ate and was ready to go. The food wasn’t even hot when it came out and we were still expected to pay full price to at which point I just wanted to pay and get out of there due to us not wanting to wait anymore with a 3 year old and 1 year old. Will not dine here again and do not recommend anyone else to until something is fixed.

Online ordering was easy and simple, pick up was easy. Food was underdone. Pancakes were slimy in the middle, eggs over medium were also underdone. The burger was supposed to be the one off the minion menu and we got a normal one. Just no attention to detail. Did not get what we paid for.

When we came through the door we thought it was a bit odd that you almost walk through the prep and kitchen area. Doesn't seem very sanitary to me. It took forever to get our order, and when it did come it was cold, so while I was waiting to get my order for the second time, the sausage I had ordered was cold and I was out of coffee. Will not go back to this IHOP. Prices are outrageous!

This location has been recently renovated and updated. We went on a Sunday evening, and there was only one waitress so the wait was pretty long. It seems like they are understaffed. The food was quite good, and the waitress was sweet, and understandably flustered given the circumstances. She really did the best she could.
