Wish I could give 0 stars. I have had so many problems. I’ve had them give me the wrong doses of several prescriptions several times. I’ve had a them refilling birth control out of the blue even though I was 7 mo pregnant and obviously didn’t need it. Now that I do need it, they are giving me the wrong birth control that I don’t have a prescription for. Good thing I caught it, cause it’s for breastfeeding women. I’m not breastfeeding, which means it offers very little protection. At one point they had 2 profiles for me and randomly started giving me prescriptions from years ago. But I can’t get over the wrong doses. That’s dangerous and could seriously hurt someone.

Took over an hour to fill one prescription. Waited in line for 15 minutes. They were having trouble with my insurance, that seemed to take them forever to sort out. It took two employees to figure out how to change insurance on a computer, once they figured that out, they asked me to wait for 10 more minutes (I don't know why), then they proceeded to help 6 other customers and they forgot I was waiting so I had to get in line my self, so that wait extended to 40 minutes.

The pharmacy I usually never have problems with. But there are two employees that are extremely difficult to work with. My prescriptions are ready and when I go to pick them up they took it upon themselves to fill it after telling me it’s ready at Walmart so when I left Walgreens to go there they canceled it because Walgreens decided to fill it after I said no. Rest of the staff is amazing.

Absolutely pathetic customer service at the pharmacy. Each time I try to pick up medication it's am hour or more waiting in line, even though prescription is filled and ready for me. A single car in front of me will be sitting there for upwards of half an hour. When I finally get to the front, it takes less than two minutes to hand me my medicine. I'm completely baffled as to why they will allow a car to sit and hold up the drive through for this long. I have been unable to pick up medication that I need to take as scheduled times because each time I try, it's a hour or more which I don't always have available to sit and wait around. Trying to get monthly medications refilled is also a nightmare because their system keeps having errors. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
