The store itself was what you expect from Family Dollar, no real organization to anything really and lots of clutter in between the aisles. But what was out of place here were the employees. It may have been a bad day, but; at the time of my visit; it was not very busy at all, yet the cashier's seemed very flustered and unknowledgeable of how to run the register. The other employees that were stocking shelves or just meandering about, didn't seem to have any clue where any of the items were when asked, even having just stocked the aisle I found said items in. Overall, I was able to retrieve what I came there for. With a little more focus and cooperation from staff, I would've been able to achieve my goal in less than half the time and with less stress on everyone's part.
