I went in for an oil change and software update. The service was a Monday morning, and I got there around 7:30am. I was greeted in the service bay where I went I. To the show room to wait. I helped myself to a free coffee, which was delicious! Good thing too because I forgot my travel mug at home. They checked everything out that needed checking, made recommendations, and let me know when my next service was due. All in all I had a wonderful experience. They take care of their clients and get them in and out in a timely manner. I Definitely would recommend their service department. Looking forward to doing business with them again. Maybe next time it will be buying a truck!

Back in November, I went to Steve Jones CDJR to order a Gecko Gladiator but unfortunately, I was too late to get my order in. Jeep was only making them in Gecko for a limited amount of time. Had my heart set on that color and told my salesperson, John Konen, if I could get the Gecko, there was no deal. I found one earlier this month by searching through Jeep.com. It was in Springfield, TN. On 1/11/2022, I contacted Paul Ellison with the service department to see if there was a way to get it to Dickson, that way I could purchase it locally. Paul was on it. He spoke with the guys in sales to see if they could make this happen. A few calls later a deal was made with that other dealership. On 1/14/2022, I met with John. I completed paperwork, had my credit ran, and gave a down payment. After that, they attempted to contact the other dealership to let them know and make arrangements to get the Gladiator within the next day or so. I met with Paul and ordered parts while I was there. I went home and cleaned out my Jeep so it would be ready to trade in when the new one got here. I even posted Jeep parts online for sale. The next evening, I received a phone call from John. He said he had some bad news, my heart just dropped. He said that the other dealership just told them they sold the Gladiator. I was so disappointed, sad, and furious. John then told me that they found another one in Birmingham, Alabama. It did not have everything I wanted, like the other one, but it was the color I wanted. I initially told him no deal. It does not have what I want. I spent most of the next day searching for another one. There was not another one, anywhere. The next day I received a call from Paul, we discussed some things about what I wanted. Vern Carlsen and Mike Jones contacted the dealership in Birmingham, Alabama, worked their magic, and locked in the Gladiator. Their transport guy, Wayne, drove there and back the next day. I was able to get my new Gecko Gladiator the following day. I cannot thank these guys enough for their hard work and dedication. Paul Ellison and John Konen, thank you for putting up with me and all my questions. Vern Carlsen, thank you for working hard to find me what I wanted. Wayne, thank you for driving six or so hours to Birmingham and back. Alex Soliar, thank you for working on the financing. Thank you to those that worked behind the scenes. A huge thank you to Mike Jones for making all this happen! Lucy Loves her new Gladiator.

We are currently not requiring employees to wear masks but have plenty that we can provide for guests or employees if it makes you more comfortable! We have several bottles and self dispensing hand sanitizing stations located throughout the dealership. We are still consistently wiping down high traffic areas with sanitizing wipes multiple times a day and have a cleaning crew that does the same each evening. Feel free to call in advance if you have a concern, we may also be able to perform remote services that do not require your presence!
