We went to Chili's tonight 5-6-22 around 5 and a big shout out to the cooks, and our waiter Tay ? Not sure how he spells it, but he rocked it out and was on top of things. The food all was delish...stuffed ourselves like a thanksgiving turkey.... kudos

I work for DoorDash and I came here to pick up an order. I parked in the curbside pickup parking lot, planning on coming in. Alden came out to greet me immediately at the window and was super friendly and personable! He got the name for my order and went in and brought it out to me. 5 star service. Give him a raise!

I hate to write this review but tonight is one of the worst experiences we have ever had at Chili’s. My wife and I usually come here 2-3 times a month. We arrived at 7pm waited 45 minutes to be seated at on a Thursday night. We were seated at 7:53pm ordered food at 8:15 and our server brought drinks and chips and salsa. After that no one ever checked on us and finally we had to speak up for our server to come over and she asked if we wanted to order entrees after we already ordered 30 minutes prior. After all this we never got to speak to a manager and paid $11. Very poor service.

Waitress was very friendly and attentive. She had many tables but asked us frequently if we need anything. We enjoyed eating here!
