Service was awful. Had to wait on chicken fingers. 2 customers that had to wait after me got that their stuff before me and the girl that brought me my money back after waiting so long, I had an attitude and she got one back! When I had every right to be irritated..worst service ever. Probably never go back .. horrible service!

Visited Hardee's in Lawerence burger Sunday the 15th.they won't busy .waited to get order taken waited over 10 minutes , asked to get waited on ( oh we're busy) went to mcdonels all tables full ( they were busy ) got waited on right away

Terrible service almost all the time,waiting times over 30 mins,taking more orders that giving out,need to give out ticket numbers instead of yelling out the food by name because sometime more than 1 person orders seem the same and it confuses the customers

It may have been that it stuck to another biscuit but, you can call the store and tell them you need corporate phone number and they should give it to you.
They are not lazy. What most people fail to think about is that stuff has to cook. And if its burnt they have to cook another batch of whatever burnt.
