If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my uncle's memorial service, using the funeral home's web page that links to this florist. The flowers did not arrive for the service, neither did those a friend ordered. I asked the funeral director before the service. He told me afterwards that they would be delivered to the house - no explanation why they weren't there for the service. He also gave me the florist's name and number. When the arrangements did nor arrive by late afternoon, I called the number I was given. I was not in the best mood and let the florist know that. He said offered to refund our money or bring them to the house, I'm assuming in the conversation with the funeral director. I told him we had been at the house all afternoon and where were the flowers. He said he never said he would bring them today; he'd get them there "sometime next week". I was even less pleased by that response. He said everyone makes mistakes. I asked what mistakes were made. After a long pause, he told me both arrangements were sent to the wrong funeral. He never offered an apology. If I had not pressed the funeral director to find out where our flowers were, no one would have known they were missing. No effort was made by this florist to correct their mistake until they were called in it. If I had not said anything they would have just taken the money. Very unprofessional. In the end we agreed they would refund the money for both arrangements.

Customer service is excellent and florals are very well paid attention to detail. Are willing to drive out of town to get any specifically asked for flowers for arrangements for any occasion. Take pride in their work and will work after hours to ensure a quality floral set is achieved for anyone. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank the Fancy Peacock and it’s owners Tony and Karley for the perfect floral arrangements and casket flower they made for my mother’s funeral. I went to another local florist first and they were not accommodating and didn’t seem to be able to make what we wanted. I all but gave up when my mother’s neighbor told me to go see The Peacock because they were the best in town and let me tell you they fulfilled all of my requirements. I will never go to another florist In Hohenwald and I would like to Thank them for everything. We had multiple people tell us at the funeral that her flowers were the most beautiful they had ever seen. My mother’s favorite color was yellow and they designed the prettiest yellow rose casket flower I have ever seen.

Best custom made funeralflowers I have ever purchased. They were so professional and caring and made a custom casket flower that would have cost double at any other florist. They are at the top of their art when it comes to florist !!!
