The day shift manager and staff are excellent at this McDonalds and I rarely have any problems. The night shift could care less if they have customers and the attitude is totally different. They keep the lights turned off to deter customers. I have openly complained about this as well. But tonight's incident was the last straw so I am writing this review in hopes that the managers and owners can address this problem. The last 3 times I have been through the McDonalds drive thru, my order was correct on my screen, but the items I received were incorrect.. I normally don't get upset, I just drive back and get my order corrected. But when this occurred for the 3rd time in a 3 day span of time and I had to drive back to McDonalds each time to correct my order, I can honestly say I was not happy. I thought perhaps they had several new employees and asked if that was the case. This would have made some sense. I was told no, that there had not been a change of employees. The attitude of the staff was unpleasant. No one cared that this had happened multiple times. I understand that people make mistakes but with soaring gasoline prices the extra trips add up. In the past I have been met with friendly faces and apologies for their mistakes and have been offered free pies or some other item to accommodate me for having to return. Tonight when I asked if I could have two Strawberry Cream pies to compensate for my additional gas and trouble, I was snidely told 'no'. There was no apology what-so-ever. They could not have cared less. If zero stars had been an option, that is what I would have given them. I hope to see improvements soon.

This McDonald's is terrible. They force you to pull away from the window to get your order. When asked why I needed to move, because there was already 2 cars waiting in front of me, I was told it was "because we HAVE to bring your order out to you". It's fast food, it took a little over 8 minutes to get my order, my order was incomplete, and I was not given any napkins or utensils to eat with. I was not given a receipt and my "coffee" was nothing more than hot water. I would not recommend this McDonald's at all.

Loved the service here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The customers were very friendly also. My kids were able to trade toys from thier happy meals that they wasn't happy with a pick new ones. The food was hot and the wait wasnt long at all. My peppermint frappuccino was amazing!
