Zero stars .off top the tables were dirty, we ordered steak omelets and pancakes only to have the slow waiter tell us they were out of big steak meat ! Which Sounded false bye his demeanor. So he suggested good old chicken, fine with us it's IHOP good food right ? . Think again when he brought out the 2 omelets, pancakes, and fruit the presentation looked awful , awful , pitiful . He said the cook was slow and I thought get him a new position then . No chicken in one omelet, the onions and peppers were burnt one omelet was bigger than the other and the cheese was just thrown on there mostly on the plate . So we still ate the food being that we work 3rd shift and we're starving. Upon receiving the check let the waiter know our concerns and what do you know he had a blank expression like this is what they do every day all the time. Paid and stopped bye the assistant manager who made sure she let us know that she was just getting in like we didn't see her come in !!! Know what happened with the food and all she said was she will speak with the cook. I am so disappointed in the service here the lack of care and concern about the customer makes for terrible business practices. The owner should fire every one...

I can not say enough good about this IHOP!! My husband and I deliver puppies all over the U.S. and we love to eat at any IHOP but this 1 was so much better than any we've been to!!! The service was great, our waiter was on top on everything we needed and wanted! The food tasted better because it was brought right out to us as soon as it was cooked instead of sitting back there waiting to be brought out! We did have a little wait to get in but it was well worth it!!

Considering they were short a cook and a server, it went pretty smoothly. My concerns were that at one point I counted 10 plates of food on deck to be taken out and it along with the rest of the plates getting colder and colder. The food was like warm but did not think they could handle any grievences at that time. No point in pouring salt in a wound.

Our waitress was super friendly, patient, and super accommodating for a party of six, which had separate checks, the epitome of Southern charm (all of us were Honey, Gorgeous, Sweetie)! My food was delicious and all of our orders were correct--which is no easy feat for a large table that modifies all their orders. My Poblano omelette was moist, and the meat tender; my upgraded strawberry banana pancakes were amazing, banana chunks baked into the pancake, and whole strawberries on top, just like the menu pic! Just what we needed after a long morning of flying, thank you IHOP!
