These apartments are so underrated. The new landlord is amazing, and has really cleaned them up! The minute she arrived all of my issues were solved. Like brand new toilet installed same day. She does not care about drama and is very business minded. Also not from here, so none of the small town drama applies to her. She’s here to do her job and make sure her tenants are taken care of and that’s what she’s going to do. Been here for a year now and HIGHLY recommend! Kitchens are huge, storage area in the kitchen is huge, and the layout is open enough for you to keep an eye on your kiddos the whole time.

My mom rented an apartment from them and this January she passed away and when I was moving her stuff out they told me to take my time and take all time I need. 4 days later when I came to get rest of her stuff her apartment was empty when I asked where it was I was told on the trash and some of it people picked up. She had 3 people in my family number if I were to get a call saying I needed to pick it up I would have been there immediately, only reason it took 4 days was because the snow storm.so I lost all the memories and belongings of my moms. And they will not return any calls or nothj g. Verg disappointing.Sir, according to our records, family members removed items from the apartment on February 1st and 5th after several requests to reschedule. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the numbers on file. All remaining belongings are still available for pick up. Contact the manager to make an appointment to obtain these items.
