I'm not sure if they are rennovating the entire store and closed fitting rooms for extra storage, but I went in at 2pm on a Thursday and every fitting room (there were like 4 of them) had a line to try on clothes. I'll adjust my review if it gets better, but today's trip bummed me out. I had limited time to try clothes on as it was, but walking the entire store to find a fitting room that wasn't full made my trip even more pressed for time. Ended up hanging everything back up (you're welcome) and leaving.

Visited to make return. It was handled quickly & easily. One star deducted because the automatic door opener buttons for handicapped accessibility were no longer present. Made it more difficult for me to get in & out.

The staff is well trained to provide excellent customer service. It is a refreshing experience to be in a store and have employees ask if they can help me find something. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Two employees approached me as I moved through different sections of the store. One of the cashiers who was leaving for her break came back and reopened her register to help me when she saw the customer in front of me at another register was going to take more time than usual because the customer forgot her Kohls card. I was very appreciative.
