Oh boy. Where to start. Had to swap out my router and modem because my internet was not working. Found out I was NOT authorized on my grandmothers account, DESPITE having been put on before to GET internet services. So I had to go through that hassle. Then, I get told last week that our (mine and my grandmother's) bill needed to be paid or our service would be shut off. Despite having gone in days prior to that and mentioning to the older woman that I we hadn't received our bill for said month. To which she replied with something along the lines of "contact your mail carrier, cuz we post the bill at the end of every month." NOW, I go in to pay our bill...and no drop box. I'm told that I have to get my DISABLED, ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER to walk down the stairs, walk next door, and pay the bill?! Do you SEE the issue there?!?! I run our bills over, and expect to drop them off on my way to work, and now, I can't even do that! And the old lady says she wants her community to he happy?!?! If I could find another provider that is as convenient as spectrum was, I would! The only convenience they have now is they're within EASY walking distance for ME.
