Not many restaurants left serving a meat and 3 vegetables with desert. Food was excellent and the staff friendly and fast. If you are in Ellijay do yourself a favor and check them out. No disappointment here.

Price is good for the food you get. You can get a meat and 3 "veggies/sides" for under $10. Food has a lot more flavor than what you would get at a chain restaurant. They do have separately priced desserts, but a couple of the side selections are desserts. So I got fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fried okra and German chocolate cake. The only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't have chicken and dressing the last two times we went. It is really good and I was really hoping to get it again.

Great place! Please note: they only take cash or checks. No cards. They have a full menu, but I like to get the meat and 3 vegetable plate (daily choices written on blackboard). It's only $7 at lunch and $7.50 at dinner. Really tasty food and a great value. I like the yam patties and the collards the most.

A nice little mom and pop feeling diner. We stopped in for breakfast. Excellent, friendly service. Slightly slow in the kitchen, but it was worth the wait. The food was excellent. I'd definitely go again!
