This location is great because of manager Lety and her staff. We were there yesterday for a birthday party and Lety made everything better. She ensured my family and I were having a good time as well as everyone else that attended yesterday.

Im never going back to that place. Smells really. Sewer. The pizza was horrible. I order 3 pizza 2 was cold the 3rd was hot. The pizza was loke raw but so hard . They dont make them like they use too. The boneless wings also cold . Took .my gradson for his 2nd birthday never again

I’m giving 2 stars because the kids loves the games. I don’t know why. The money blower machine was not operable. As were some games. I could care less, but the place is aging. And the pizza was not as good as it usually is in other locations. Why I’m also deducting stars, is because I have tried using the link provided by them to leave feedback for improvement, and the link is bad. It’s frustrating. Would not expect five star service or food here.

My son’s 6th birthday party was at Chuck E Cheese on Rosecrans last night and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, attentive, and organized all the staff were. The manager Stephanie called me the day before to go over details and met us promptly when we arrived. She and Lupe, another courteous and kind team member, were always checking in, refilling drinks, and making sure we got the most of our experience. My son had the best birthday and it was very low stress for me. A win-win!
