This is the best customer service in fast food! I eat at the Gainesville, GA location aprox 1x per week. I always get the best customer service and the Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best ( Have tried other chain chicken sandwich) Thank you for great customer service....it is becoming extremely rare!!

Have you SEEN the new donut chicken sandwich? This KFC has it for a limited time and it is TASTY. If you are a fan of chicken n' waffles, this sweet/savory sandwich will make your taste buds sing. I don't think I would enjoy the donuts alone - they are denser than a Krispy Kreme but not quite cake like Dunkin - but their texture was just right for a sandwich bun. A word to the wise, the donut glaze is added hot and generously. We were warned to not try to eat it while driving because it will make a mess of your hands and your lap if you're not careful! We were even given some moist toilets to clean up afterward, lol.
