Clean gym, friendly staff, and good equipment. This is a good gym if you want good freeweights, great machines, and a welcoming weightlifter atmosphere. They also have quite a good lineup of cardio equipment. It was a little difficult finding a good place to deadlift, but you can't knock a gym for having a lot of members who cause it to be a little crowded.

I've cancelled my membership multiple times and they continue to charge the card they keep on file. Hard to get a hold of someone like a manager who can fix this, finally getting a manager on the line then they proceed to be extremely rude cutting me off on the call claiming they haven't received my emails that previous representatives told me to write to cancel my membership. The gym itself is fine equipment, clean, loud music playing, had equipment outside under tents during pandemic, and a nice cleaning staff. But management here has had multiple changes in managers one more rude after the next. Thanks for continuing to charge my card after I've cancelled, looks like I'll have to report my card the credit company just to get mine off file with you.

Decent value for how much you pay but there is SO much room for improvement. If they cut down on half the cardio machines (no one runs inside in San diego) and replaced them with more squad racks, bench presses, and free weight benches they would have so much more membership!! The only times you can go is before 4pm any time after that is too busy to get a lift in. Please take this into consideration or I will be going elsewhere, I feel like this is such an easy fix for them but they are too lazy to do it…

Plenty of machines and all. Just no ventilation. You walk in after your 9-5 and its smells of body odor . At least at other gyms with this many people they have proper ventilation and air-conditioning this place is a sweatbox. It’s full of babes and hunks and all that. So if you don’t mind possibly fainting, then enjoy
