The facility is decent, but the only drawback is that you can never get a quat or chest press rack ,because you have those people with no gym Courtesy holding up the machines for hours while other people are waiting

I've been going to this gym for about a month now. At around 11:15 today, 5/04/2022, I was working out at the gym. There was another gym member who started cursing and threatening people in the gym where everyone could hear. He did this for 15 minutes and did not stop. I asked the front desk to remove the person. They said there was nothing they could do, so I left. My safety is not guaranteed at this gym and made me feel uncomfortable.

Spacious, clean, many machines. The gal with whom I signed in for membership was kind of dismissive (I'm elderly, and not Hispanic). Also? Where's the clock? I kinda like to check my times. The only clock I saw on the wall registered some time in an alternate universe, and never changed. The inescapable music they play is nice and LOUD, and all in Spanish. Could be a more inclusive club, as to demographics.

I recently purchased a black card membership for this gym chain so that my spouse and I could workout together before work. We prefer to go at 5am. The club closest to us is a convenient 5 minute drive away. However, For the last 3 days in a row now the club is not opened at said time. There is a line of folks out front waiting for someone to open the club. We have waited 30 - 45 minutes at a time for the club to open only to leave to rush to the next nearest which is 15 minutes away or to just go home as it becomes too late to even bother going due to work time constraint. Is the staffing level that bad at this location? And / Or is the person that is supposed to open the club not getting up on time and late regularly? In any case there should be at least two key openers assigned to the opening shift to avoid inconveniences like this. I know we’re not the only ones that fee this way as we have witnessed fellow 5 AM’ers leave irritated, voice their irritation verbally, and talks of cancelling membership all together. Yes i have a black card so i can go to any location but what about those who have the $10 home club membership and cannot go elsewhere. I haven’t even had this membership for a month now and we’re already contemplating cancelling and going with Chuze as they are closer and are always open on time. IDK I don't pay attention to the employees. I'm in there to improve myself, not to critique anybody's job. I personally don't want to be bothered when I'm in go mode so I'm glad they're not asking me anything because I already know my way around that place.

10 dollars the regular membership and 22 dollars the black card membership that includes a lot of benefits.

I really do not know. But I didn't think so well, because my sister put me in and they didn't discount anything. The price is 10 dollars a month and one dollar the initiation.
